Public Art of the University of Houston System

About the Greet:

We will begin at Wilhelmina’s Grove located in the heart of the UH Arts District. Free visitor parking is directly across from the Grove in parking lot 16 just off Cullen Blvd. Easy right? The UH campus hosts the largest number of artworks in our Collection. We also have artworks at our other University campuses.

Our Collection focuses on contemporary art, spanning 1965 to the present. The tour will be engaging, insightful and fun. We love sharing one of the most significant and important public art collection in the country with our community and visitors. Participants are encouraged to bring water, dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. It is a walking tour.

About Me:

My name is Mike and I’ve been Curator of the Collection since 2005 and always eager to share it with people.
